This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all cab bookings made through CabInPatna.com via website enquiry, phone call, or WhatsApp. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your booking.
A booking is considered confirmed only after our team shares the vehicle details, fare, and pickup information via WhatsApp or phone call.
Until confirmation, any enquiry is treated as a booking request only.
Customers may cancel their booking by informing us via phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges depend on the timing of cancellation:
In rare situations such as vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances, CabInPatna.com reserves the right to cancel a booking.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative vehicle or issue a refund if advance payment was made.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation terms mentioned above.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed mode).
Airport pickups and outstation trips involve advance vehicle and driver allocation. Due to this, cancellation charges may be higher compared to regular bookings.
Any parking fees, tolls, or waiting charges already incurred are non-refundable.
Delays caused by the customer (late arrival, incorrect pickup location, unresponsive phone) may result in waiting charges or cancellation without refund.
